Our capabilities

A few of our investments:

Gage blocks, thread and pin gages

System for producing precision lengths. The individual gauge block is a metal or ceramic block that has been precision ground and lapped to a specific thickness.

Digital & Analog inspection equipment

Is used to create signals and capture responses from electronic devices under test (DUTs).

Indicators

Any of various instruments used to accurately measure small distances and angles, and amplify them to make them more obvious.

Optical Comparators

In a comparator, the magnified silhouette of a part is projected upon the screen, and the dimensions and geometry of the part are measured against prescribed limits.

CNC Vision Systems

CNC Vision Systems

These systems are heavy-duty CNC video-based measurement systems, ideal for quality assurance, inspection labs, manufacturing, assembly , etc.

Calipers and Micrometers

Used to measure the distance between two opposite sides of an object. A caliper can be as simple as a compass with inward or outward-facing points.
